1. Returns

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. 

Please include the order number on the outside of the return package to ensure prompt processing. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. 

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. 

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Exchanges will be treated as new orders and subject to standard shipping rates and delivery times. 

4. Non-Returnable Item

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Used or damaged items.
  •  Items are not in their original condition or are missing packaging. 
  • Customized or personalized items. 
  • Clearance or final sale items. 

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items
